Mark E. Chiles
Founder of Chiles Co. Founder & CEO of NeoSky AI, the company behind Falcon Builder.
He has spent 25+ years in executive technology leadership, holding CTO, CDO, and COO roles across enterprise media and SaaS. He spent 15 years at Hart Energy, moving from Director of IT to CIO to CTO to Chief Digital Officer, where he ran the product portfolio, software engineering, and a 20-person global team behind platforms that served millions of users.
In 2023 he founded Chiles Co, an AI implementation firm that builds production automation for operating businesses. The implementation work led directly to Falcon Builder, the platform every Chiles Co engagement now runs on, and to OptiCall, the largest deployment on it.
Why Chiles Co exists
Most businesses can prototype AI in an afternoon and still take months to get anything running reliably in production. The gap is not the model. It is everything around it: integrations, routing, guardrails, human hand-offs, observability, and someone accountable when the workflow breaks at 2 a.m.
Chiles Co closes that gap. We take on the build and the ongoing operation of AI agents for companies that need them to work every day, not just in a demo. Voice agents, chat and SMS agents, email routing, reporting, and the integrations that tie them to the CRM and the systems the business already runs.
The same implementation work exposed what the tooling was missing, so Mark built Falcon Builder to fix it. Clients get a platform shaped by real deployments, and a partner who runs the largest workspace on it.
