Mark E. Chiles

25+ years in executive technology leadership as CTO, CDO, and COO across enterprise media and SaaS, including 15 years at Hart Energy running product, engineering, and a global team behind platforms serving millions of users. Founded Chiles Co in 2023, built Falcon Builder solo and took it live December 31, 2025, and incorporated NeoSky AI in January 2026.

What platform do you build on?
Falcon Builder, the no-code platform for production AI agents built by our founder Mark Chiles and operated by NeoSky AI. Every build lives in your own Falcon Builder workspace, so you own the workflows, logs, and integrations.
What counts as a task?
A unit of work that can be completed independently in roughly 4 to 8 engineer hours: a new prompt flow, a new data source, a minor agent feature, or a targeted fix. Larger efforts are split across tasks or scoped as a project.
Can you handle regulated or high-volume work?
Yes. Our largest deployment, OptiCall, runs voice, chat, SMS, and email agents for 45+ medical practices with full execution logging, human-in-the-loop hand-offs, and per-practice routing rules.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause at the end of a billing cycle and resume later. Your workspace and workflows stay in place.
Do you still do custom projects?
Absolutely. Productized tiers are for ongoing improvements. We still scope larger initiatives as fixed projects or strategic retainers.
Which models and voice providers do you support?
